Internet Explorer 6 was released in August 2001. That was before the Salt Lake City Olympic Games. And, the truth is, while Goaltender will (mostly) work with your browser, it won't work or look as well as it could.

We recommend you download a newer version of Internet Explorer, Firefox, Chrome or Safari.

Goaltender’s Evaluation and Analysis Policy

The research side of goaltender

Don’t worry, we don't partake in any medical research so we won’t be coming at you with any probes or needles! But we are in the business of making our programs the best that they can be. This includes Goaltender.

From time to time we will be contacting you to complete short surveys. The majority of these surveys will be focusing on evaluating the program itself. We will be looking for information on the usability of the program and your satisfaction with it.

When we contact you we are looking for truthful answers. We want to know the cold, hard truth. This program is for you, if it doesn't work for you, we plan on making some changes! Oh, and if you think that by discontinuing the program will get you out of research, think again. We will be connecting with those of you who decide to stop using the program to learn why you've broken up with Goaltender. We know how it goes, "it’s not you, it’s me," but we still want to know what we can do better.

We will also be looking at some of the demographics of the users and some behavioral patterns to determine things like:

...stuff like that. But don’t worry, all of these things will be confidential and anonymous so we won’t know one of you from the other. More details on our Privacy Policy.

If you have any questions or concerns regarding our evaluations please contact us.
